Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We’ll notify you via email if there’s a significant delay.

Some items will be imported from our supplier in South Africa which may add 10 days to shipping times. We will notify you if this is the case.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: NZ Post
  • Express Shipping: NZ Post
  • International Shipping: Fedex

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside our control.

We currently ship to all of New Zealand and all of Australia.

If your location is not listed, please contact us to discuss possible arrangements.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking information will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Madman Solutionz Limited are not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees applied to your order. All charges imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility.

Damages & Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at admin@madmansolutionz.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
